Where it all sort of began in a way…

Ryan started a radio show in 2020 as a response to the pandemic’s surprise gift of unlimited free time. He hoped it would provide as much comfort and distraction for his listeners as it would for him. Armed with a large and eclectic record collection, he started digitizing mixed cassette tapes he had already created in another lifetime. He recorded breaks and threw it all together in Garageband, and ultimately spitting it out on Soundcloud. The show has slowly evolved over the years and the monthly episode goal fell away rather quickly, but it launched some much-needed creative juices into flowing and eventually inspired the DJ gig.
